Are you overweight, maybe just unhealthy, maybe you just can't keep up with your fast lifestlye? It isn't that you want to be overweight you just don't have the time, money and motivation. Sure There are all these diet programs you can try but how much do they really help you personnally? I bet you would like to try to be healthy like you were when you were a kid or a young adult? If this article is pertinent to you keep reading because I found a way to stay fit and have fun! Step 1. I have figured out something and before you can start exercising you have to admit it to...Basic exercise is BORING! Eating right is BORING! I get it eating lowfat gluten free wheat cake is not as fun as going to the grocery store and getting a big tub of choclate ice cream.Just because your all grown up doesn't mean you want to make healthy choices all the time! When you were a kid your mom made sure you ate all your veggies had moderate exersise and still a little indulgence( Mommy's Famouse double choclate cake). Mom's not here with you now but you can decide for yourself whats healthy what's good for you and when to have a little fun. Once you figure outa blance between healthy and unhealthy eating right will come easier. It's alright if you have desser everday as long as you eat your fruits and vegtables to!

Step 2. When you were younger did you like to run around, play tennis, soccer, dance, play with your dog or just stroll through the woods looking for adventure? The point is you probably did something. Just because you have a career, family and more responsibility you still can take time for a sport recreational activity. I know you don't have as much time as you used to but 30 mins.a day can make the heartpain go away. If you have more tie then spend more time go out side with your kids play a little baseball at the communtiy park. Maybe you really like to listen to music? Crank up the radio and dance while your house cleaning. Be creative and just do it! At first you might only be able to do 30 mins. but then gradually you can work up to an hour! Step
